This quick and easy Honey Mustard Sauce is so versatile.
It can be used as a dipping sauce, a salad or vegetable dressing, or a sauce for grilled meats and fish. Honestly, you can dip almost anything into this sweet, tangy, creamy sauce.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup (125ml) mayonnaise (made with healthy oils or use my mayo recipe)
- 2 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp honey (unprocessed), or adjust to your taste
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- A generous pinch of fine sea salt, & ground black pepper
Directions
Add all the above ingredients to a medium bowl and whisk until well combined and smooth. Taste and adjust if you prefer it to be sweeter or tangier.
Store in a glass airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
Serve as a dipping sauce for crumbed chicken fillets, nuggets, sweet potato wedges, or delicious poured-over steamed vegetables or salad.
